Bayonetta on PC Sells Over 100,000 Copies on Steam in First Week

Platinum Games’ Bayonetta on PC has enjoyed a successful first week in sales following the game’s introduction to Steam on April 11th.

At the time of writing, the 2009 hack and slash title has sold over 100,000 copies on Steam, 102,120 to be exact, according to SteamSpy.

Originally released in 2009 for Xbox 360, PS3 and Wii U, Bayonetta is a third-person action game that shares a similar combat system to director Hideki Kamiya’s previous outing – Devil May Cry.

Bayonetta is available on PC via Steam for £14.99 or $19.99.
