Microsoft’s exclusive destruction-minded open world game Crackdown 3, has been delayed until Spring 2018.
Microsoft Studios Publishing General Manager, Shannon Loftis, has stated that the title is being delayed in order to give the development teams at Reagent Games, Sumo Digital, and Cloudgine extra time to craft the best version of Crackdown 3.
Originally revealed at Microsoft’s E3 Showcase in 2014, Crackdown 3 has had a long road towards release. Before this delay, Crackdown 3 was expected to launch this November 7th alongside the Xbox One X. The game is still expected to feature a campaign, as well as co-op and competitive online multiplayer.
Crackdown 3 is also still expected to launch simultaneously on Windows 10 as an Xbox Play Anywhere title.
