Get ready to cultivate your crops because the ever so cutesy and adorable looking farming RPG Stardew Valley has been at last approved for Nintendo Switch.
In a tweet posted just last night, Chucklefish CEO Finn Brice announced that Stardew Valley had been approved for release on Nintendo Switch. He would go on to state that the studio and most likely Nintendo were working to finalise a future release date, with an announcement likely forthcoming.
Stardew Valley Switch Update, we've been approved. Working on finalising a release date with all parties involved. Will continue to inform!

Stardew Valley is currently available for PC, Xbox One and PS4 with a beta test imminent for multiplayer that will introduce among many things – farmhands, a feature that will see players bossing about and delegating jobs to fellow players online, which I’m sure will be bags of fun for those looking to be ordered about down on the farm.
Stardew Valley is out now for Xbox One, PS4 and PC.
