HITMAN will join the current crop of PS4 titles making an appearance on PS4 Pro when the console launches November 10th, Io-Interactive has announced.
Following The Last of Us, Infamous Second Son, Uncharted 4 and many others, HITMAN on PS4 Pro will feature increased resolution, aliasing reduced, reflective surfaces improved and detailed lighting effects, all without hindering the games framerate or experience.
Other improvements made to HITMAN include a much sharper user interface rendered natively in 4K, while HITMAN will also draw on the PS4 Pro’s extra memory to stream in higher quality textures.
“With HITMAN we made a live game which is constantly improving and the PS4 Pro aligns perfectly with that vision of constant improvement, we’re proud to support it,” said Hannes Seifert, Studio Head, Io-Interactive.
Additionally, we also learn that players without 4K TV’s will also benefit from the increased resolution with the image downsampled to 1080p to benefit from higher quality shading and less flickering highlights.
HITMAN is available now for Xbox One, PS4 and PC.
