For Honor Gives Ubisoft First UK Sales Chart No.1 Since The Division

Ubisoft’s action fighting game For Honor makes its debut at No.1 in the latest UK video game sales charts, the developers first all-format crown since the release of Tom Clancy’s The Division last year.

Strong first week sales make For Honor the biggest new IP launch since the release of Hello Games’ No Man’s Sky back in August 2016 with 57% of its sales attributed to PS4 and 43% on Xbox One.

The other major new entry in this week’s chart standings Rebellion’s Sniper Elite 4 misses out on the top spot, entering the chart at No.2, with last week’s No.1, Grand Theft Auto V dropping to No.3, despite an increase in sales.

Elsewhere, PS4 Exclusive NiOh falls to No.12 following an impressive debut last week at No.2, Warner Bros’ Lego Dimensions re-enters the Top 20 at No.15, and Bandai Namco’s Nintendo 3DS title Dragon Ball Fusions makes an appearance inside the Top 40 at No.36.
