Injustice 2 Fights off the Competition to Spend a Second Week at No.1 in Latest UK Sales Standings

Following a successful debut last week, NetherRealm Studios fighting sequel, Injustice 2 has retained the No.1 spot in the latest GFK Chart-Track standings for UK sales.

Injustice 2 becomes the sixth title of 2017 to retain the No.1 spot in the UK following on from Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Wildlands, For Honor, Horizon Zero Dawn, Resident Evil 7 and Mario Kart 8 Deluxe.

Capcom’s latest release, Ultra Street Fighter II on Nintendo Switch debuts at No.10 while another Switch title, Disgaea 5: Complete just about manages to creep into the Top 40 at No.36. Tequila Works, RiME also debuts at No.27.

Elsewhere, Grand Theft Auto V continues its resurgence at No.3 while PSVR Exclusive Farpoint drops 17 places to No.19 after a strong debut at No.2 in last week’s standings, however, the most notable mover of the week goes to Blizzard Entertainments’ FPS Overwatch, which climbs a staggering 16 places to No.2.
