Lovecraft Inspired The Land of Pain Set to Haunt PC Players This September

Alessandro Guzzo’s Lovecraftian inspired horror game The Land of Pain will terrify players from September 13th, the developer has announced.

Blending intricate storytelling with survival mechanics and adventure style puzzle solving, The Land of Pain sees explore a vast dark world, interacting with objects to solve puzzles while fending off the interests of a disturbing evil whom the player cannot fight back against.

With visuals powered by CryEngine, The Land of Pain‘s latest trailer sets the eerie tone of the game perfectly, showcasing a lonely and chilling atmosphere as the player character explores their beautiful surroundings before encountering the horrors lurking within the wilderness.

I can’t wait for everyone to explore the dark world I’ve been working on for the past few years,” said Guzzo, the principal developer behind The Land of Pain. “It’s been a huge undertaking, but now everything is completed. I couldn’t have made it without everyone’s constant support, and I’m really proud of the final result.”

Experience the terror of The Land of Pain when it officially launches for PC on September 13th.
