The release date for Ni No Kuni II: Revenant Kingdom has been delayed from November 10th, 2017 to January 19th, 2018.
The reason for the delay has only been explained as more time being needed to deliver the full experience to fans. Additionally, Game Director Akihiro Hino clarified that Ni No Kuni II: Revenant Kingdom will have no multiplayer. Instead, Hino clarified: “Please rest assured, however, that we will continue to strive to provide a deep and satisfying single-player experience that our fans can look forward to enjoying.” Developed by RPG veterans Level-5, the anime-style RPG will feature three new playable characters: a sky pirate, a lost president from another land, and a dethroned young king.
Ni No Kuni II: Revenant Kingdom will be releasing for PS4 and Windows PCs. The first title, Ni No Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch, released in January 2013 on PS3 worldwide, and on Nintendo DS in Japan.
