Eight years after its release on consoles, Platinum Games’ hack and slash action classic Bayonetta finally made its way to PC a couple weeks ago.
A roaring success in terms of sales, Bayonetta eclipsed 1 million units sold in its first week, and it appears the developer doesn’t plan on stopping there.
A report yesterday by DSOGaming confirmed the likelihood of another of Platinum Games classic – 2010 third-person shooter Vanquish as the next possible title in line for a move to PC.
Yesterday, the developer issued a small update for the Steam version of Bayonetta that added an image of Vanquish to the game’s EXTRA folder.
The appearance of Vanquish on PC wouldn’t be a shock to many fans who have been calling for the game to be introduced to PC following the success of Bayonetta.
Developed by Platinum Games and published by Sega, Vanquish debuted in 2010 on Xbox 360 and PS3, receiving a positive reaction post-launch.
