PlayStation Plus May Offerings Include Tales from the Borderlands and Abzu

Today, the PlayStation Blog announced the PlayStation Plus May 2017 additions to the Instant Game Collection across all PlayStation platforms.

On PS4, players can expect to download Tales From The Borderlands and Abzu (North America) or Alienation (Europe). Tales From The Borderlands follows Rhys and Fiona on a quest on the planet Pandora to get cash that might belong to one of them. Abzu is a polar opposite, inviting players to explore the ocean depths and relax while swimming with various oceanic wildlife and Alienation is a top-down twin-stick shooter that tasks players to fend off hordes of Aliens.

Meanwhile on PS3, Blood Knights and Port Royale 3: Pirates and Merchants will be on deck. Blood Knights follows a vampire hunter and a vampire in single or local multiplayer as they hack and slash their way to stop a cataclysmic event. Port Royale 3 engages the player with business simulations with a side order of plundering during the pirating heydey in the Caribbean.

Over on the PS Vita, both games being offered are also available for your PS4. First up, Laser Disco Defenders has the player flying through the air to their own beat as they try to shoot down Lord Monotone’s plans of forcing others to dance to his tune. The last game offered in May is Type: Rider, a puzzle adventure game where the player solves puzzles with fonts and characters from throughout typographical history.

Each game will remain downloadable for any player with PlayStation Plus.
