Rayman Legends: Definitive Edition will launch for Nintendo Switch on September 12th with a free demo available to play this summer, Ubisoft has announced.
The follow up to Rayman Origins first released in 2013 for Xbox 360, PS3, Wii U, PS Vita and Windows PC before a ported version was released for Xbox One and PS4 in 2014. Rayman Legends: Definitive Edition will come with Nintendo Switch specific features, allowing up to four player co-op using local Wi-Fi, exclusive local multiplayer experience and updated tournament for Kung Foot mode and while undocked, touch screen use to move platforms, cut ropes and take out enemies in both solo and multiplayer.
A winner of many awards for gameplay, music and art design, Rayman Legends: Definitive Edition takes place after its predecessor and follows the iconic Rayman and his group of colourful friends as they enter different worlds through captivating paintings inside a mysterious tent in a bid to save a collection of princesses, teensies and the day.
Rayman Legends: Definitive Edition is available worldwide on September 12th for Nintendo Switch.
