Unlike previous EA titles before it, Titanfall 2, which launches on October 28th for Xbox One, PS4 and PC won’t be coming to EA’s paid subscription EA Access or Origin Access on PC, meaning current members of the service will not be able to play a trial before the game becomes available.
Developer Respawn Entertainment informed GameReactor that Titanfall 2 would not be available through the paid subscription with no free trial, try it for free promotions or discounts available. The developer did however, clarify that Titanfall 2 might still come to the service at some point, but not in 2016.
EA Access is a paid subscription that allows its members to access Electronic Arts games days before its release and has featured Battlefield Hardline, Plants Vs Zombies: Garden Warfare 2 and Dragon Age Inquisition in the past, with upcoming shooter Battlefield 1 set to feature days before its launch in November.
