Playground Games and Turn 10 Studios have been churning out Forza titles on a consistent yearly basis for the past 6 years now, something that will very likely continue in 2018 with the arrival of Forza Horizon 4.
Alternating yearly releases with fellow Forza series Motorsport, the Horizon series was last seen in 2016 with the rather visually impressive Forza Horizon 3 setting a standard for modern day racing games.
Although Microsoft has yet to announce Forza Horizon 4, its release on Xbox One and PC this year is about as predictable as a derogatory Donald Trump tweet, with the game already beginning to surface online. As reported by GamingBolt, Forza Horizon 4 has appeared on the Brazilian ratings board, with a 2018 release date for Xbox One and Windows 10 PC touted.
No other information is shared on the ratings board but we’d expect Playground to look to build further on Forza Horizon 3, which featured a truly stunning open-world Australian landscape full of lush woodlands and sun-kissed beaches for players to race through and across.
Obviously, with no official confirmation from Microsoft, we advise readers to digest this information with the usual helping of salt.
