Mother Russia Bleeds, the super violent side-scrolling beat ‘em up from developer Le Cartel is available now on PC, Mac, and Linux.
Set in an alternate U.S.S.R, Mother Russia Bleeds is a violent sidescroller that follows the story of a desperate crew of jailed fighters looking to overcome an oppressive authority regime through the use of super power enhancing drugs.
“It’s true that Mother Russia Bleeds is so violent it makes you nauseous, but on the plus side the game lets you beat down drug-dealing baddies with so much stuff – your fists, telephone poles, other people’s heads, toilets, toilet paper, fire extinguishers, motorcycles, chainsaws, and an accordion. That’s art right there, nerds,” noted Devolver Digital CFO Fork Parker.
Punch, kick and even chainsaw your way to oblivion in solo or with up to three friends in the games story mode or hunker down to take on the masses in Mother Russia Bleeds brutal survival mode.
Mother Russia Bleeds is available now through Steam or GOG for £10.99/14,99€/$14.99 on PC, Mac, and Linux with an arrival on PS4 expected late 2016.
