Atmospheric Horror Scorn Gets 7 Minutes of Grotesque Looking Gameplay Footage

Ebb Software’s atmospheric first-person horror adventure Scorn is certainly one to keep an eye on.

Currently running a campaign on Kickstarter to gather funding, the developer aims to release Scorn in 2 parts with the first – Dasein, looking at a possible 2018 release on Steam.

Yesterday, the developer released an appropriately grotesque looking 7-minute long gameplay video that perfectly illustrates the nightmarish world that is Scorn‘s setting. Throughout the game, players will open up new areas in an interconnected world, acquire various skills, weapons and items all the while trying to make sense of their new environments.

According to the developer, Scorn will feature no cutscenes to distract the player from their grisly surroundings and won’t be sympathetic to players who happen to miss key events on their journey.

Dan has been gaming for nearly 30 years and has survived everything from Nuclear Fallouts to Zombie Outbreaks but his main love is Survival Horror and don't we all know it. Favourite games include Resident Evil and Grand Theft Auto, he can be regularly found cruising the streets of Vice City listening to the classics.
