Those that feel especially burned by the sudden closure of Marvel Heroes Omega may be getting refunds in the near future – so long as they purchased DLC on the Xbox One.
Microsoft has will begin issuing refunds to those that purchased DLC to the ill-fated multiplayer title from September 1st, 2017 to November 29th, 2017. Specifically, DLC purchased between September 1st to October 30th will be receiving store credit. DLC purchased between October 31st and November 29th will receive a full refund issued to the original payment method. So, if a player purchased the DLC using a credit card, the value of the DLC will be issued back to the same card.
Regardless of which category your purchase falls into, the refunds will be applied by January 31st.
So far, there has been no indication of refunds for Sony or PC players.
