World War II multiplayer shooter Battalion 1944 will enter Steam’s Early Access program in February, Bulkhead Interactive and Square Enix Collective have announced.
Furthermore, Battalion 1944 will have an exclusive beta starting later this month in preparation for its Early Access release next month. Players looking to check out the hotly anticipated World War II shooter that draws inspiration from the likes of classic shooters Medal of Honor and Call of Duty can do so from January 19th through to January 21st.
In order to participate automatically, players will need to have donated cash either through Kickstarter or various Humble Bundle campaigns. Interested parties who did neither can still register to gain access to the beta by heading HERE, although it’s not a guarantee of entry.
At the time of writing, it’s unclear quite when Xbox One and PS4 players will get to experience Battalion 1944 for themselves but the future looks very bright for PC players who can pick up the game for £11.99 when it hits Early Access this February.
